• Approved contractor - NICEIC Approved Contractors are assessed to the highest standards covering all types of electrical installations.

• Domestic Installer - The NICEIC Domestic Installer scheme covers contractors who do installation work in domestic properties. It is important to use a Domestic Installer to comply with the requirements of Part P.

• PAT - A scheme registering electrical contractors for Portable appliance testing (PAT).

We’re known for our high standards. Every trade that wants to join us must pass up to 12 checks before they can gain our seal of approval.

• Trades must prove they are who they say they are, and that where necessary they are qualified to do the work.

• We check they’ve never been bankrupt, insolvent, struck off a directorship, or subject to a county court judgement.

• They must prove that they give their customers consistently exceptional experiences.
